Policies

  • We recommend scheduling future appointments prior to departure to ensure availability of preferred times.
  • Spa package appointments that need to be cancelled must be done 48 hours prior. Cancelled appointments without given notice or not being present for a scheduled appointment will result in voiding 50% of the worth of the certificate, which will be transferred into a dollar amount.
  • Children are not allowed in the spa.
